Saw an ad in our local paper for this BBQ place that is in the old service bay of a gas station. Had to try it out, I had the pulled pork nachos and it was excellent. They make their own chips for this dish and they were some of the best I have ever eaten. They give you are very large portion of food, and the pulled pork was really tasty and the bbq sauce was great. It's a fairly small place for eating in ( like a two car garage size), but it was very nice and very clean. The service was exceptional with every employee ( including the owner Rick) stopping by to make sure everything was good with our meal. I will definitely be back and recommend you try them out.

Ordered from the Uber app. First time customer. Very good. Food was wrapped in foil to keep it warm. Beans and slaw were excellent. Good size portions. Will be ordering again.

Really solid BBQ joint that lives up to its motto of having the best pulled pork, west of the Mississippi! Their pulled pork sandwich is awesome, but they e got a lot of other great options too, ranging from smoked chicken burritos to smash burger tacos to ribs. All are great and the vibes are too, as it's a pretty humble experience in the back of a gas station. Definitely your classic, old school bbq taste and feel.

Excellent barbecue smoked turkey was very good pulled pork. Excellent the brisket was perfection. Probably the best string fries I've ever had.

I have ordered from this BBQ place many times, and it never disappoints! The service has been great each time I've visited and the food is amazing. Perfectly cooked meats and flavor that hits all the right notes. Nestled in the back of a gas station, it's truly a hidden gem. There's even a small dining area that adds to the unique charm. If you're looking for a place to refuel both your car and your appetite, this spot is a must-visit!

This place is . Do not let the fact that 3 Bays is in a gas station stop you from enjoying what I think is some of the best barbeque in St. Louis. When you walk in, it's a typical gas station and you have to walk past the front counter to the ordering counter for 3 bays. Past the ordering counter is the area where you can dine-in. Service was fast and friendly. My pulled pork sandwich was awesome. The pork was smoked to perfect tenderness and with the sauce was a great balance of tangy, sweet, salty goodness. The coleslaw was the vinegar based kind and complemented the pulled pork very well. The french fries were top tier. The mac-attack was a huge serviing of pulled pork over mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was delicious and also worked very well with the pulled pork. The serving was enough to feed 2-3 people. Another member of my group ordered the rib sandwich. I will definitely be coming back to try the ribs soon. They are serious about their dessert menu. Everything looked really good, but I'll have to wait for the next time as I couldn't eat another bite.

This is such a nice find at the Chesterfield neighborhood! As a recent St Louis "immigrant", I usually ventured out to Pappy's or Sugarfire Smokehouse. Who would expect the perfect St Louis BBQ restaurant would be at a car wash and gas station? Thank you my neighbors for telling me! My second time being here in a week; and I love this unpretentious spot. 3 Day BBQ is located opposite to Woods Mill Plaza neighboring a gas station. It is casual and cozy. Believe me! Your belly would happily thank you for checking this out. Service is quick. Our food got freshly prepared and packed after ordering. What do we like here? You can't go wrong with the food here, but we especially love the Mac and cheese and the ribs. This place has won awards on pulled pork, which would be the next item to try. I would undoubtedly visit 3 Day BBQ again when I crave for St Louis barbecue.

I had ordered a ton of food for an office meeting. Unfortunately, the owner fell ill so my order was forgotten about but I did follow up on it in the staff was so kind and apologized immensely letting me know that the owner has been in and out of the hospital for the past couple months. I have no idea what's going on nor did I ask, but if everyone could please show some love to this business and help them and support them through this difficult time and show the owner some love I think it would be greatly appreciative and a way to give back. You will not be disappointed with your order. I had ordered the mother Clucker, a bratwurst, sauerkraut, a cheeseburger, ribs, and smoked brisket for the meeting. Everything was absolutely incredible and delicious meat had such great flavor, and it was so tender I was blown away. I also love that they went above and beyond to label each box of what each item was, and the sides. Brian was so incredibly kind and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was such a kind and generous person. Brian made sure we were completely happy with our order even though our catering order kinda fell through the cracks. Regardless, I would order from them time and time again.

Great BBQ in an unexpected place! My mom suggested we go grab some BBQ from a new (to us) spot, which I obviously obliged to. We pulled up and to my surprise, it was located in the same building as a gas station. No judgement from me, I have just never seen a set up like this for a local spot with raving reviews! It was unique so I automatically liked it! We stood and ordered in line, and I got a pulled pork sandwich with a side of Mac n cheese. The pork was super delicious- it wasn't too fatty or dry. It came on a bun which was pressed/ grilled which I think is always a great touch. The 3 Bay Mac n Cheese was delicious and flavorful. Sometimes (for me) Mac n cheese can need some salt... I was fine without it! They sell bbq and sides by the pound, which is a great option for larger groups. They also offer a ton of different desserts, as well as desserts by the pan. Next time I return, I want to try the smoked pulled pork nachos! This spot is definitely worth checking out!
